主要產製中高階酒款的Cooper Burns是年輕的新派酒莊，藝術家的大玩具。兩位釀酒師都曾釀造過Robert Parker Wine Advocate滿分酒款。專注於極致少量的釀造工藝。跳脫既定思考框架，忠於大自然的的原始風味，強調最少的人工干預，真實體驗Climate和 Terroir交織而來上天的禮物，熱情且充滿活力。
